About Gaye Wilson

Professional Experience

I have 25 years of experience in the corporate, publishing and tertiary education worlds with skills in human resources development, organisation and methods, training and consulting, editing and proofreading, indexing, document formatting, coaching, academic research and management.

I also have served in the military, taught first aid with the Red Cross, helped business people to start new businesses, coached PhD and Masters students to completion of their dissertations/theses, and been a leader of youth in the Girl Guide Movement for many years.

My written work has been published in journals, encyclopaedias and websites.

Each of these experiences has helped me grow and expand my horizons and knowledge.

Educational Background

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney, majoring in Anthropology and Archaeology, and minoring in languages. My Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Egyptology are from Macquarie University.

I am a graduate of Coach U, the foremost coaching institution in the world. I am currently continuing my Coaching education by taking courses at Coachville and Coach U.

I also hold a diploma in book editing and publishing from Macleay College, Sydney, and a Certificate IV (Australian Qualification Framework) in Small Business Management.

I'm a graduate of Coach U, which is considered one of the premier coach training programs in the world.

I am a member of and adhere to the ethics and principles of the International Association of Coaching.
